TITLE SPONSOR
" In this challenging time for Black corporate leaders, we need an organization that is bold and transformational in its executive development…LEAD360 is that organization.
We invite your organization to join us in the quest to ensure the success and sustainability of our corporate village."

Chief Executive Officer,
LEAD360
Overview
Our LEAD360 Executive Think Tank serves as a cross-section of academic question and corporate action. This conclave of leaders aims to chart a five-year pathway to ensure acceleration and sustainability for corporate leaders of color.
LEAD360 has invited a select group of executive leaders to engage in a two-day Think Tank. Organizational participants representing brands such as Liberty Mutual, Proctor and Gamble, Genentech, and more will be tasked to produce realistic strategies to increase the success of Black business leaders.

THE SETTING
Our THINK TANK will be held at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. The Washington, D.C. area is the home of the largest representation of Black business leaders, making the city the optimal backdrop for leveling up our skill sets, perceptions, and connections.
THE AUDIENCE

The LEAD360 THINK TANK executive incubator for corporate officers and
other vice-presidents responsible for
their organization's financial success.
This year we have received commitments from extraordinary leaders from Procter & Gamble, Genentech, Liberty Mutual, Shutterstock, and more.
THE WORK
This "Hackathon" approach brings leaders together in a collaborative environment where several teams compete to create solutions for the most significant issues that derail upward mobility and success among Black leaders. This intense problem-solving environment will facilitate the creation of realistic and innovative ideas and concepts to advance Black leadership. In addition, participants have an exciting opportunity to work and learn from individuals from various fields with multiple interests and skills, all collaborating to solve the same problem.
At the end of the hackathon, participants will share these strategies related to building a sustainable model of success, retaining the next generation of leaders, creating both equity and inclusion in the supplier diversity process, and preparing Black leaders for paid Board positions with their respective companies in support of their Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion goals.

THE PURPOSE:
INCREASING SUCCESS
AND SUSTAINABILITY
Our Corporate Think Tank brings together a select
team of thought-leading influencers to strengthen systems that yield more successful Black senior and executive corporate leaders.
Through our discovery process, this executive community will birth innovative strategies that truly ensure sustainability
for Black corporate leaders.
THE PROCESS:
IDENTIFY | DISCOVER | DEFINE | REFINE
We have created an environment where leaders are free to ideate, evaluate, discuss and plan. While this is not a destination meeting, we are excited bout the solutions that this highly curated group of transformational thinkers will reveal.
Your role is to bring your experiences, challenges, and solutions to the table. Much like the focus group process, we do the work to collect those innovations and convert them to strategies and tactics.
