What is a “Governor”?

A LEAD360 governor is the primary point person representing a specific

corporate partner. As LEAD360 evolves, we have committed to exponentially

improve our communication processes by establishing this role.

Additionally, this collection of executives serves as an advisory team for programming. We are fortunate to have our governors as a critical component of the brain trust of the organization.

What is the Governors’ Town Hall?

The governors’ town hall was designed for the review of the 2020 LEAD360 COMBINE system. The meeting is the container for a robust conversation regarding strategies to ensure success for our Black executives in 2021.

We are proud to announce Drs. Tiffany Dotson and Douglas Scarboro as co-chairs for this year’s COMBINE system. They will be working with the internal team to ensure that our leaders come away from the conference inspired, emboldened, and equipped for greatness.
